The iPhone 16 Pro (Max) gets a new feature, which we have not seen before on the iPhone. This is what is going to change!
iPhone 16 is coming
The iPhone 16 is coming in less than a month and is rumored to have some cool features. Last year, Apple introduced the action button with the iPhone 15 Pro, which we will see on all iPhones in 2024. In addition to the action button, we see a completely new button, because Apple’s phones this year will get a camera button. The iPhone 16 (Pro) will be the first iPhone ever with this feature, which makes taking photos and videos easier.
The new camera button lets you focus the camera, zoom in and out, and take photos or videos. Multiple functions are linked to the button, which are activated with different gestures. It is not a physical button, but a button that works with vibration motors. According to rumors, the Pro models will get the button in any case, the button may also come to the iPhone 16 (Plus).
Much more memory
The camera button isn’t the only all-new feature on the iPhone 16 Pro (Max). The device will reportedly get a lot more storage than we’ve seen on previous iPhones, with the Pro models getting a whopping 2TB of storage. The iPhone 15 Pro (Max) comes in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. The best iPhones of 2024 will reportedly get even more storage in addition.
For years, there have been rumors that Apple is working on a phone with 2TB of storage. With the iPhone 16 Pro (Max), that option finally seems to be coming. It is not clear whether the new version will serve as an addition to the existing models, or replace the iPhone with 128GB of storage. It is quite possible that Apple will again release four versions of the iPhone 16 Pro (Max). In that case, the iPhone 16 with 256GB will be the entry-level model.
Release of the iPhone 16
So we see two completely new features in the iPhone 16 Pro (Max). Other changes in the Pro models are the new A18 Pro chip, Apple Intelligence and 8 GB of RAM for all AI functions. We don’t have to wait long for the next iPhone, because Apple is already presenting the device next month. Apple usually reveals the new iPhones in the second week of September.
Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 16 (Plus) and iPhone 16 Pro (Max) on Tuesday September 10th announces. Then we will also know for sure how much storage space the devices will get.
