Apple Music now also has concert setlists: here’s how to find them

Apple Music has introduced a feature that allows artists to add set lists from their concerts. This is how you find the playlists!

Apple Music introduces setlists

Good news for all Apple Music subscribers, because the music service has a new feature. It is now possible for artists to add complete setlists from their concerts to Apple Music. They can compile some or even all of the songs from a performance into a special playlist. Previously, artists could create a playlist, but the ‘Setlist’ category has now been added.

Setlists on Apple Music make it easier for artists to promote performances. They will have the opportunity to share the dates of upcoming concerts via the music service. That’s not all, because this data can also be added to Shazam, Spotlight Search and Apple Maps. The set lists should make it easier to draw attention to performances.

Here’s how to find the setlists

Do you have a subscription to the music service? Then you can now view the setlists of a number of famous artists at Apple Music. Apple has already created 450 setlists for celebrities such as Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter and Post Malone. You will find these setlists in the playlists on the artists’ page. Would you like to listen to the setlist of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour? Then go to her page on Apple Music and look for the set list under ‘Playlists’.

When artists have added a setlist, it will automatically appear under ‘Playlists’. Apple had already added these setlists for big names, but the feature is now available to all musicians. This also gives smaller artists the opportunity to promote their concerts via setlists on Apple Music. The function is also useful for listeners, now you can find and listen to the set list of a specific concert much more easily.
