Toyota has put a price tag on a new electric passenger car. It is not a conventional hatchback, crossover or SUV, but the passenger car version of the Proace City.
Earlier this year, Toyota announced the prices of the Proace City Electric, the electric version of its smallest commercial vehicle. In the form of the Proace City Verso, Toyota also sells a passenger car version of that orderer and there is also a fully electric variant. It is that Proace City Verso Electric called electric Toyota that has now been put on the price list.
Toyota asks at least €37,995 for the Proace City Vero Electric. For that amount you get the 4.4 meter long version. This five-person version has the 4.75 meter long Long variant above it. Toyota is asking at least €39,595 for the Proace City Verso Electric Long. In both cases, the basic version is Cool. That Long variant is also basically a five-seater, but is optionally also available with seven seats. The Toyota Proace City Verso Electric Long costs a minimum of €42,995 as a seven-seater. Mind you, then you immediately drive the Live version, which is a step above the basic version Cool. Toyota further supplies the Proace City Verso Electric as Active and Dynamic. All versions can charge 3-phase up to 11.7 kW as standard.
Regardless of the chosen body style, the Toyota Proace City Verso has a 50 kWh battery pack in its base with which the practical electric Toyota should be able to achieve a range of 275 kilometers determined according to the WLTP cycle. The electric motor is 136 hp and 260 Nm strong. Good news: the Proace City Verso Electric can tow up to 750 kilos. The Toyota Proace City Verso Electric can be ordered immediately. Toyota also has two more electric space giants in its range: the Proace Electric and Proace Verso Electric.
