The iPhone 13 (mini) and iPhone 13 (Pro) have been officially unveiled, but that also means older iPhones are disappearing. Apple says goodbye to the iPhone XR and iPhone 12 Pro.
iPhone 12 Pro disappears, XR too
Finally they are presented: the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. Now that these devices will be in stores from next Friday (September 24), Apple will also remove two older iPhones from its range. It concerns the iPhone XR, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max. The devices are no longer available on the Apple website.
It is not surprising, however, that the devices are disappearing. After all, the iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max cost the same as their predecessors, but offer major improvements. This makes last year’s Pro iPhones redundant for Apple. For the iPhone XR, this means it’s no longer the entry-level iPhone: this place is now taken by last year’s iPhone 11.

It is important to know that the normal iPhone 12, compact iPhone 12 mini and affordable iPhone SE will still remain for sale. In addition, you can still find the iPhone 12 Pro (Max) and iPhone XR at other web stores for the time being. The devices are still available here, but once stocks run out, it becomes more difficult to buy them. Refurbished, the older iPhones will remain available for a longer period of time.

Everything you need to know about the iPhone 13
We had to wait a long time for it, but yesterday it finally happened: the announcement of the iPhone 13 phones. During a major event, Apple quickly announced all new iPhones. The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini are a lot faster than their predecessors, have a battery that lasts longer and significantly improved cameras. From next Friday (September 17) you can pre-order the devices, after which the release on September 24 takes place.
With the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max, Apple is also taking big steps forward. An important new feature is the ProMotion display, which shows very smooth images due to the high refresh rate of 120Hz. In addition, the iPhones have completely new cameras, a smaller notch (just like the normal iPhone 13 and 13 mini) and lightning-fast hardware.
