How to get a big student discount at Apple
When you start studying, you can hardly avoid getting a laptop. And then the MacBook Air or MacBook Pro is of course the best buy you can find. Especially now, because until October 21, 2024 you get a big student discount when you buy an Apple product. Then it can be a MacBook Air, a MacBook Pro, an iPad or even an iMac or Mac mini.

With each of these products, you will now receive a student discount of an Apple gift card worth up to 140 euros. The value of this can vary and that depends on the product you buy from Apple.
To get the student discount, you must of course be studying and enrolled in a course in the Netherlands. But employees of an educational institution can also use this scheme. According to Apple, the following people are eligible.
- Employees (of an educational institution in the Netherlands);
- Students in further education (MBO, HBO or WO);
- Parents of students in further education (MBO, HBO or WO).
You must also register your new Mac or iPad via the special website for student discounts buy from Apple. There you choose the Apple product you want to buy and go through the purchase process.
