We expect the new Apple TV 4K 2025 this year, but there are now indications that we don’t have to wait long at all.
Apple TV 4K 2025 will appear soon
Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reported last weekend that Apple will likely launch three new M5 products this week. Now it looks like the new Apple TV 4K 2025 is also coming, along with another new Apple device: the HomePod mini 2.
There are a total of six Apple products that we expect this year:
- iPad Pro (M5)
- Vision Pro 2
- Apple TV 4K 2025
- HomePod mini 2
- Air Tag 2
- MacBook Pro (M5)
3 new M5 products
Over the weekend, Gurman said Apple plans to launch some of these new products this week. He mentioned the most likely products as the iPad Pro (M5), MacBook Pro (M5) and the Vision Pro 2, which probably also contains an M5 chip.
He said a new Apple TV 4K, HomePod mini 2 and AirTag are also in the works, but didn’t necessarily expect them this week. That seems to have changed now. At least when it comes to Apple’s new Home products. In a new post on X, Gurman says:
A dwindling supply
It is now clear that stocks of HomePod mini and Apple TV 4K are starting to dwindle at certain Apple Stores around the world. This usually indicates that new models are arriving. For example, the HomePod mini in all five colors is currently completely sold out in the Apple Store in Regent Street, London.

Apple TV 4K 2025
A faster A17 Pro chip with support for the updated Apple Intelligence version of Siri next year and an Apple-designed WiFi chip with support for WiFi 6E or WiFi 7. There are also rumors of a built-in FaceTime camera, but it is not yet clear whether it is already in the upcoming version.
HomePod mini 2
S9 chip or newer with support for the updated Apple Intelligence version of Siri next year, an Apple-designed WiFi chip with support for WiFi 6E or WiFi 7, improved sound quality, second generation Ultra Wideband chip and new colors.
