He’s there! The new Apple Watch SE 2022. If you opt for a version with Cellular (4G), you no longer have to carry your iPhone with you. Below you can read about the advantages of an Apple Watch SE with Multisim.
Apple Watch SE with Multisim
Recently, Apple presented the second generation of the Apple Watch SE. It is Apple’s entry-level smartwatch. The Apple Watch SE has all the features you want from a smartwatch, but is hundreds of dollars cheaper than the Apple Watch Series 8 and Ultra.
Nice is that with the Apple Watch SE you can also opt for a version with Cellular. For this you need the Multisim subscription from T-Mobile. This way, your Apple Watch connects to the internet everywhere. Even if your iPhone is not nearby, or in places where there is no WiFi. You can recognize the Apple Watch SE + Cellular by the red ring on the Digital Crown.
What can the Apple Watch SE + Cellular do?
A Cellular version makes you much less dependent on your iPhone. Ideal if you go out for a walk, run, or bike ride, for example. You don’t need to have a bulky iPhone with you to be able to call, app, navigate and more.
You can do this with an Apple Watch SE + Cellular:
- Making and recording phone calls
- Compose, send and receive text messages
- Compose, send and receive WhatsApp messages
- Connect with Siri
- Navigate with Maps or Google Maps
- Stream music
- Listening Podcasts
- Check the Weather app
- Smart accessories from Home control
Apple Watch SE with Multisim
To use an Apple Watch SE with Cellular, you need a special subscription. This is T-Mobile’s Multisim subscription. This way you can stay connected without having the iPhone with you and you can WhatsApp, call and navigate from your wrist.
With Multisim you link the built-in eSIM of the Apple Watch to your current subscription. The phone number that you now use on your iPhone is therefore the number with which you call and app on the Apple Watch. And you can use the internet with the data bundle from your current subscription.
If you regularly exercise in the open air, you will be happy if you have Multisim. You don’t need to have a large iPhone with you to be reachable and navigate in an emergency. And do you forget to take your phone with you again? With an Apple Watch with Multisim you still stay connected to the world via your wrist.
More about the Apple Watch SE
The second-generation Apple Watch SE has been available since September 16, 2022. The smartwatch is available in two sizes: 40 and 44 millimeters. And just like its predecessor, you can configure it with Cellular.
The Cellular support comes in especially handy with a new feature of the Apple Watch SE: Crash Detection. With this, your Apple Watch SE automatically calls emergency services in the event of a car accident. With an Apple Watch without Cellular, you also need to have your iPhone nearby. This is not necessary with the version with Multisim.
Also new to the Apple Watch SE is its processor. It has a Dual-core S8 chip, making it just as fast and powerful as the much more expensive Apple Watch Series 8 and Apple Watch Ultra. Features that you should miss compared to its more expensive brothers are the always-on screen and making a heart film (ECG).
