Electric supplement
After the now called Q8 e-tron Audi E-Tron and the Q4 e-tron, we will probably get to know another electric SUV this year: the Q6 e-tron. It is now more visible than ever.
It should come as no surprise, but the Audi Q6 e-tron will look very familiar. As shown in previous photos and thanks to these new photos even more clear, it will soon be a really big Q4 e-tron with some other design details here and there. For example, we now see the front bumper a bit better and it is arranged differently, with an upwardly tapered air intake at the bottom of the bumper and slightly different inserts on the corners. Furthermore, the Q6 e-tron, which (as you can see in the headline of this article) will probably spend most of its existence simply as a Q6, will have slightly sharper-shaped light units than its smaller brother.
Under the skin, the Audi Q6 is a completely different story. After all, it is on the PPE platform, where the Q4 is enthroned on the MEB base. The PPE platform, on which the fully electric Porsche Macan appears, among other things, enables higher charging speeds than we currently know from the Volkswagen Group, so that is promising. The electric Audi Q6 (not to be confused with this Audi Q6) will probably be presented this year, but we do not expect it to be on the market until next year.
