Audi RS6 Avant GT

Audi recently presented the absolute farewell edition of the current generation of the RS6 Avant. The monster is called the Audi RS6 Avant GT and it is now known what the variant, limited to 660 units worldwide, will cost. We’ll give you a sneak peek: it’s incredibly expensive.

An Audi RS6 Avant is of course never a car that changes owners for next to nothing. Until recently, a standard copy with 600 hp and 800 Nm strong biturbo 4.0 V8 was in the order books for more than €217,000 and the 630 hp and 800 Nm strong RS6 Avant with Performance addition had a starting price of more than €226,000. Audi recently released the RS6 Avant GT, the absolute departure version of the current generation of the RS6. Only 660 units will be available worldwide. What do you have to pay for it? A lot of. A lot.

The Audi RS6 Avant GT costs over 75 grand more than a standard RS6 Avant and even €66,500 more than an RS Avant Performance. Yes, Audi asks €292,582 in the Netherlands for the Audi RS6 Avant GT. The RS6 Avant GT is packed with optical extras that should at least visually link it to the Audi 90 IMSA GTO. Due to the frequent use of carbon fiber, among other things, the RS6 Avant GT is slightly lighter than an RS6 Performance, although the 4.0 V8 produces 630 hp and 850 Nm, just like in that Performance version. You can drive the special version to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds. Its top speed: 305 km/h.

We recently became extensively acquainted with the Audi RS6 Avant GT. The video we made and the accompanying detailed article can be found here.
