Slowly but surely the first reviews of the iPhone Air Online appear, and now there is finally more known about the battery in it. This is because the battery of the iPhone Air can keep it a lot shorter than, for example, in the iPhone 17. Not so strange if you look at the iPhone Air a little better. After all, it is the thinnest iPhone ever and you would think that Apple had to skimp on the battery.

The YouTube cable from The Tech Chap has tested the iPhone Air and other iPhones and compared the battery life. Of course, Apple itself already gives a small indication about the battery life (with the iPhone Air that is up to 27 hours of playing video), but that does not say much about the actual use.

According to the video, the iPhone Air still has the least long battery life, but it doesn’t make a difference with the other iPhones. For example, the iPhone Air has a battery life of 6 hours and 43 minutes.

The iPhone 17 keeps it up for just under seven hours in the same test. The iPhone 17 Pro comes up to 7 hours and 34 minutes, and the iPhone 17 Pro Max just under eight hours. For comparison: the iPhone 16 Pro Max achieved 7 hours and 29 minutes. So the battery of the iPhone Air in daily use is not that much worse.
