For the time being it seems that the properties are valued a bit too low, but moreover, the municipality of Dordrecht wanted to have one of the properties, but it could not buy that property from the administrator because it was a package deal with the cars. Now Aaldering has sold the property at a profit. According to the trader from Brummen, it is a matter of luck. However, he is especially happy with his involvement in the car collection: “It is the crowning glory of my work.”
