This morning it was announced what Honda has in store for the Tokyo Auto Salon that will take place digitally this weekend. Now Honda Access has also highlighted what it has ready behind the scenes. For example, what do we think of a version of the Honda E where you should be able to make the drag strip unsafe?
Honda’s accessory division Honda Access is taking what it calls the e-Drag to the digital edition of the Tokyo Auto Salon. The e-Drag promises to be a lightning-fast version of the electric Honda E, although you don’t have to count on a production model.
Honda Access has already released a teaser record of, among other things, the e-Drag, a converted Honda E that has to put considerably less kilos in the scale than the thick 1,500 kilos weighing original. According to Honda Access, the roof and the doors are made of carbon-fiber reinforced plastic. Honda Access puts the electric E a lot closer to the asphalt and the suspension is also adjusted. It is not known how many kilos the e-Drag has to carry less than the regular Honda E. Honda Access also does not say whether it has also tackled its intended sprint toy motorically. The original is able to reach a speed of 100 km / h in 9.5 seconds.
Honda Acces also brings a sporty version of the N-One with it, an RS-baptized version that is not addressed on the motor level, but which achieves its sportier performance mainly thanks to a lower car weight. Honda Access will release more information on Friday.
