iOS26 Beta 6 is out (with the following new functions)

It’s time again for a new iPhone update! There are a number of new functions in iOS 26 Bèta 6. This is new.

iOS26 Beta 6 is out with the following new functions

A new version of the operating system for the iPhone has been published again. This time there are actually new functions in the Beta 6 of iOS 26. We list the most interesting innovations for you.

1. Buttons with Liquid Glass

Different buttons that you can turn on and off have now received a liquid glass effect.

2. New ringtones

In iOS 26 Bèta 6 are a series of new ringtones. Some of these are variations on old acquaintance, but there are also a few new ones.

3. Small adjustments for the lock screen

The lock screen has received a small adjustment. The clock and the numeric keys have become more transparent.

4. App Animations

Apple has tackled the animations for opening and closing apps. As a result, apps open a little faster. In addition, a subtle bouncing effect has been added, in line with the light movement that can be found on the access screen and in the control panel.

5. Introduction video

When you have installed iOS 26 you will see a short introduction video. Various new functions of iOS 26 are shown here.

6. New look for preview

The Preparation app has received a few changes. The buttons have become somewhat larger and a few have been moved.
