Mazda comes with a new special edition of the MX-5: the Ginzan. The prices are not tender, but you will soon be driving a unique version for that, because the MX-5 Ganzan is coming to the Netherlands in a very limited edition.
The Ginzan, which roughly translates as ‘silver mountain’, refers to the color scheme of the soft top. The GT-M version of the MX-5 is used as a basis. In addition to the standard LED lighting, climate control, seat heating and navigation, this special version is distinguished by its dark red interior with silver stitching and the gray pop-up roof.
The MX-5 is painted in the new Polymetal Gray. In addition, Mazda also offers three other colors: Eternal Blue, Jet Black and Machine Gray. The MX-5 Ginzan is available with two engines: the Skyactiv-G 132, a 1.5, and the 184 hp 2.0 Skyactiv0G. The first variant comes with 16-inch wheels, the more powerful MX-5 gets 17-inch. Prices start at € 40,790 for the Skyactiv-G 132, the Skyactiv-G 184 costs € 48,290. The Dutch importer only brings eight copies to our country. So some haste is required.
