U6ion is an electric SUV with coupé influences

The new Chinese car brand Aiways releases the first drawings of the U6ion, a new electric SUV. It is the second model of the brand, which wants to sell the first cars in Europe later this year.
Aiways presents its second model, the U6ion, at the Geneva Motor Show in early March. The brand is already releasing drawings of the model, which is called “cross-over coupé”. The images indeed show a dynamically lined SUV-like.
The U6ion shares its technology with the U5, the first model from Aiways. That car has to go on sale in Europe later this year. This SUV has an electric power train with a 65 kWh battery pack, good for a driving range of 460 kilometers.
Information about when Aiways will come to the Netherlands will follow shortly. Aiways aims to put the first cars in Europe on the road from April. Perhaps more information will follow next month, at the unveiling of the U6ion.
