New engines for Seat Leon Sportstourer

Seat is expanding the Dutch delivery range of the Leon Sportstourer with some power sources that were already available in the Leon Hatchback. The price list will include two new petrol engines and a new diesel engine.

The Seat Leon Sportstourer, like the Hatchback, is available with various engines. For example, you could already order the Spanish station wagon with a 90 hp 1.0 TSI, a 1.5 with 130 hp, a 150 hp 1.5 TSI and with a 150 hp mild hybrid 1.5 eTSI. In addition, Seat already supplied it with a 150 hp 2.0 TDI diesel engine and a 204 hp plug-in hybrid. However, the Hatchback’s engine range has been slightly more extensive until now. Seat is now equalizing the delivery range, which means that the Dutch price list of the largest Leon is supplemented with three engines.

Immediately, the Sportstourer with a 110 hp 1.0 TSI can be ordered, a blown three-cylinder petrol engine that is linked to a manual six-speed gearbox. The 1.0 TSI is available in combination with the versions Style, Style Business Intense, FR and FR Business Intense. Its starting price is € 30,250. In addition, there is now the mild-hybrid 1.0 eTSI, which also delivers 110 hp but is equipped with, among other things, a starter generator and a DSG automatic transmission with seven gears. This 1.0 eTSI is also available in combination with the versions Style, Style Business Intense, FR and FR Business Intense. The starting price of the Sportstourer 1.0 eTSI is € 32,800.

And then there is a new diesel engine. The 150 hp 2.0 TDI gets a 115 hp 2.0 TDI under it. Where the 150 hp self-igniter always has a DSG7 automatic transmission, the weaker diesel version is always linked to a manual six-speed gearbox. Seat only supplies the 115 hp 2.0 TDI in the Leon Sportstourer in combination with the Style Business Intense trim level. Its starting price is € 34,350.
