Much thinner screen edges iPhone 15 Pro (Max)
A YouTuber has shared new footage showing a replica of the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The replica was made by a phone case manufacturer. These types of manufacturers often have access to the dimensions of the new iPhone at an early stage, so that they can immediately start developing the phone cases.

The screen edges of the iPhone 15 immediately stand out in the photos, as they are much thinner than we have seen with an iPhone so far. The iPhone 14 Pro Max is shown next to the replica in the images and has visibly thicker bezels. For comparison: the iPhone 14 Pro Max has screen edges of 2.17 millimeters. With the iPhone 15 Pro Max, this is only 1.55 millimeters.
Photos show one volume button anyway
In addition, the replica of the iPhone 15 Pro Max in the photos only has one volume button. This is in line with previous rumors, because in recent months it seemed strongly that the iPhone 15 Pro (Max) would get new buttons. According to these rumors, the smartphone received one large volume button, which vibrates when you ‘press’ it.
But it seems that these buttons are now permanently off the track due to technical problems. That means this replica of the iPhone 15 is likely based on previous dimensions of the phone. The new volume buttons have reportedly been postponed to the iPhone 16, but the thinner screen edges will come to the iPhone 15 Pro (Max). The phone will have the same 6.7-inch screen, but the housing will be slightly smaller.
