S41 01

The Foscam S41 is a sturdy outdoor camera thanks to its steel housing and should be resistant to Dutch weather thanks to its IP66 rating. Material is included for mounting and the S41 itself has a power and network cable (100mbit/s port). If you want to connect the cables to the supplied power adapter and wired network and neatly conceal them, we recommend a junction box that Foscam also offers online. Connecting via (dual-band) wifi is also possible.
Tip: Insert the micro SD card (max. 128 GB) first and connect the camera to the app before inserting the camera.
The easiest way to set it up is via the Foscam app; if you want to set more settings, it is better to do that with VMS software, the Foscam app is not always outstanding.

The S41 is a true outdoor camera thanks to the infrared night vision LEDs and the spotlight. This spotlight consists of two bright white shining LEDs that can reach up to 10 meters and are really bright. Add to that the 4 MP, viewing angles of 116 degrees diagonal, 100 degrees horizontal and 55 degrees vertical, the motion, sound and person detection, siren and the setting of ‘ignore zones’ and the S41 is a good security camera that does its job 24 hours a day with clear and wide image in color. Also nice is the connection with a Synology NAS and the storage of images on an FTP server.
