Apple has announced a new subscription plan that will soon bring paid features to popular Apple apps. You will soon have to pay for these applications!
Apple Creator Studio
Apple will soon launch a new subscription! The company has introduced Apple Creator Studio, a subscription that includes no fewer than nine creative applications from Apple. Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Pixelmator Pro, Motion, Compressor and MainStage are all applications that are already widely used for professional image editing. These programs will now be collected under one paid subscription.
Keynote, Pages and Numbers are popular apps from Apple, which are also included in the company’s new paid subscription. These applications are standard on the Mac and you can also install them for free on your iPhone and iPad. Currently, all functions of the popular Apple apps can still be used free of charge, but that will change at the end of January. Some of the features disappear behind a paywall at Keynote, Pages and Numbers.
Premium features for a fee
Do you use Keynote, Pages and Numbers regularly? In that case, you do not have to pay for Apple’s applications. The subscription is in addition to the free apps, which gives you access to paid features. These include premium templates and themes in all three applications, which free users will miss. That’s not all, because Keynote, Pages and Numbers are getting paid AI features.
With the help of artificial intelligence, users can improve existing images. For example, you can use Super Resolution to upscale images and Auto Crop offers suggestions for cropping images. In addition, you can create new images based on text. Do you want to create a presentation in Keynote faster? Then Apple Creator Studio has the option to create an initial concept for your presentation based on a short text.

That’s how much the subscription costs
Other paid features for Apple’s apps include generating notes in Keynote based on the existing slides. With the help of artificial intelligence, these slides can also be quickly cleaned up by improving the layout and relocating objects. With Numbers, users get the ability to generate formulas and fill in tables using artificial intelligence.
With Apple Creator Studio, Keynote, Pages and Numbers receive useful improvements, but this comes at a price. For the paid functions you charge monthly 12.99 euros down, an annual subscription costs 129 euros. For this price you get access to all new features in Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Pixelmator Pro, Motion, Compressor, MainStage, Keynote, Pages and Numbers.
Do you not want to pay a monthly amount? Then you can continue to use Keynote, Pages and Numbers for free. Apple will continue to provide updates to the free versions of the apps, but important new features will probably be missing. The other apps remain available as a one-time purchase in the App Store. Apple Creator Studio can be used from Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
