‘Samsung Galaxy M13 renders: budget phone with 50 MP main camera’

Samsung is working on a new budget device called the Galaxy M13. We already see the phone on renders and it comes with a recognizable design. The M13 has a 6.5 inch screen and a 50 MP main camera. Samsung is also launching a version with 5G.

Samsung Galaxy M13

In March, Samsung proposed the Galaxy A13 budget phone that costs 189 euros, but the brand is now working on a cheaper variant. The Galaxy M13 has now leaked renders from the well-known rumor spreader Evan Blass

The appearance of the M13 comes with few surprises and the phone is very similar to a mix of the Galaxy A53, with the camera island being the same color as the rest of the body, and the A13 with its waterdrop notch in the display. The fingerprint scanner is on the side of this phone, there is a 3.5 mm audio jack and a USB-C port.

50MP camera

The camera setup of the Galaxy M13 has a 50MP main camera, just like the Galaxy A13, and the phone also has a wide-angle lens and a depth camera. In addition, M13 has a 6.5 inch LCD panel with an HD resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. Samsung is also working on a version with 5G and it will have a 90Hz screen. The phone also runs on Android 12 and the OneUI 4.1 shell. The battery is a 5,000 mAh model and can be charged with a 15W charger.

It is not yet known how much the Galaxy M13 will cost and we also do not know whether the device will come to the Netherlands and Belgium at all. We do, however, already see the colors in which it appears: blue, green and orange. It is not yet known whether all these shades will be available with us. What is your first impression of the Galaxy M13 and do you find this phone more interesting than the A13? Let us know in the comments.
