1. Official Formula 1 app
The official Formula 1 app gives you an overview of the latest news, interviews and background information about motorsport. In addition, the app provides you with cool videos with former drivers every week and you will be presented with historical images where you will be taken back to the past, when Michael Schumacher still dominated Formula 1. But more recent content is also present: for example, the crash between Hamilton and Rosbergin 2014 on Spa.
For a fixed amount per month or year you will receive even more cool features, such as a live timing schedule and interactive 3D card; Ideal to have at hand during the race on Sunday!
2. FIDB
For racing enthusiasts who, in addition to the present, also like to dive into the history of Formula 1, FIDB is a must. This Dutch app contains all relevant information about the royal class from 1950. In FIDB you will also find all the results, statistics and positions of recent years.
In addition, with FIDB you have team overviews and all time high scores, containing full career overviews of drivers. So you could say that FIDB is the Wikipedia for motorsport.
3. Viaplay
Do you want to follow all (qualifying) races live this season? Then the Viaplay app cannot be missing. Viaplay has had the broadcasting rights of Formula 1 for a number of years, so you don’t miss any race with a subscription to the streaming service. That’s not all, because with Viaplay you also watch football matches from the English Premier League and the German Bundesliga. You also watch dart competitions via the streaming service.

4. McLaren and Williams
The Formula 1 teams are allowed to lead their cars and motorbikes, social media is something they still have little knowledge of. In the App Store you can only find an application from the McLaren F1 and Williams team. These applications keep you up-to-date about the state of affairs in the teams, including social feeds, videos and photos of the drivers.
Also during a Grad Prix you get an exclusive insight into what is being said to each other about the on -board radio. That way you immediately know if Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon and the two of them reach the finish and how it goes with Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri. The applications of both teams can be installed for free in the App Store.
5. F1 TV
Do you find Viaplay too expensive? Then you can also opt for a subscription to F1 TV (Pro). F1 TV is the official channel of Formula 1 and has been available in the Netherlands for a number of years. It is now an extensive streaming service in which not only the races, but also training, qualifications and sprint traces are broadcast live. An extensive supporting program is preceded by all broadcasts.
The prices of F1 TV Pro are slightly more expensive in the Netherlands than in Belgium. In the Netherlands you pay 11.90 euros per month for the streaming service, in Belgium that is 8.99 euros.
