A screenshot is a picture of what’s on the screen. This is also known as a screenshot or print screen. Screenshots are useful for several things. For example, if you want to forward a section of an internet page or an error message on the device.

A screenshot is made in this way. On devices with a Home button, a physical button at the bottom of the screen, it works differently than on models that don’t have a Home button.
- Open what you want to take a screenshot of, for example an internet page.
- On a device without a Home button, press and release the side/sleep button and the volume up button at the same time.
- On a device with a Home button, press and release the side/sleep button and the Home button at the same time.
The screenshot will be taken and saved in the ‘Photos’ app.
