Headspace is one of the most popular meditation apps, and for good reason. The app has been around for years and in that period the number of exercises has increased considerably. Fortunately, there is an app like Buddhify. Sometimes during a stressful period, you need nothing more than a little rest. What kind of meditation sessions do you need?
You do not have to answer that question with this app. Buddhify it takes a different approach and shows you a colored wheel, on which you touch the bar that describes what is most applicable to you at the moment. For example, “Feeling stressed”, “Can’t sleep” or “Work break”. Then the app proposes a number of meditations. The nice thing about this app is that you can buy all meditations at once for 4.99 euros.
If you are first into meditation, it is best to work with Headspace. This app is very accessible and offers a solution in many scenarios, where Calm (as the name suggests) goes for a general calm feeling through quiet ambient sounds or music. You can easily use Buddhify between all busy moments and it is also the cheapest option.
