Škoda Fabia
The fourth generation of the Škoda Fabia is based on a new platform, making it bigger, safer and more efficient. At the same time, the Fabia remains true to itself: it is spacious, practical and offers a lot of value for money.
Compared to its predecessor, the Fabia has grown significantly. For the first time, it is longer than 4 meters (4.11 m). Together with the increased width and the wheelbase of 2.56 m, this results in a very spacious interior. Especially in the back, the Fabia is more spacious than ever.
The new Fabia looks mature and sporty. The LED headlights, which extend up to the typical Škoda grille, set the tone. The clean lines are also functional: the new Fabia owes its good aerodynamics to a Cd value of only 0.28.
In the completely new interior, the ‘floating’ central touch display is the eye-catcher. Infotainment functions are easy to operate via this large screen (maximum 9.2 inches). The FABIA is available with the Virtual Cockpit with functions that until recently were only available on the larger and more luxurious Škodas.
Two EVO-generation petrol engines are available for the Fabia, and both meet the stringent Euro 6d emissions standard. The 1.0 TSI direct injection engines (with particle filter as standard) have an output of 70 kW / 95 hp or 81 kW / 110 hp respectively.
The prices, availability and specifications of the new Fabia will be released in the run-up to the Dutch market launch in November.
