410 kilometers of range for less than €46,000
Before Peugeot publicizes it itself, AutoWeek can already tell you what the fully electric Peugeot e-308 will cost. The Peugeot e-308 has a starting price of just under €46,000 and will initially come to the Netherlands in two flavors.
In September 2022, Peugeot digitally pulled the curtain off the electric 308: the Peugeot e-308. The Peugeot e-308 is also coming to the Netherlands as a station wagon e-308 SW, but it is the electric hatchback version for which AutoWeek can already report the prices. The Peugeot e-308 has a starting price of €45,585 in the Netherlands. For that money you drive the Peugeot e-308 as an Allure. Good news: the fiscal price of this version – excluding costs for preparing to drive – is €44,415 under €45,000, which means that the Peugeot e-308 Allure qualifies for a SEPP purchase subsidy. The only other version is a special introductory version called GT First Edition (photos 8 to 15). The Peugeot e-308 GT First Edition costs €47,985.
The electric Peugeot e-308 has a 54 kWh battery pack with a net capacity of 51 kWh. On the front axle is a 156 hp and 270 Nm strong electric motor. Initially, Peugeot said that the e-308 would travel more than 400 kilometers on a full battery. That turns out to be true. The WLTP range is set at 410 kilometers. We also now know that the top speed of the e-308s is 170 km/h.
Equipment electric Peugeot e-308
The Peugeot e-308 in Allure trim has everything that the regular Peugeot 308 Allure also has, supplemented with interesting extras. For example, the e-308 Allure is on 18-inch Electra wheels instead of 17-inch Calgary ones. The Pack Safety Plus and Park Drive Assist 2 – standard with the regular 308 from the Allure Pack – are standard on the electric Peugeot e-308 Allure and heated front seats and a heated steering wheel are also standard.
The only other version is called GT First Edition. This special version has the standard equipment of the regular GT versions, supplemented with 18-inch alloy wheels, a heated steering wheel and heated front seats. The GT First Edition also has special seat upholstery and therefore also distinguishes itself from the e-308 Allure with its sportier GT appearance.
