View the storage space via the website:
- Go to onedrive.com
- click on To register.
- Sign in with your Microsoft credentials.
At the bottom left is how many MB or GB your account is using.
View Storage (Windows)
Take a look at the storage space on a Windows 10 computer in this way.
- In the Notification area (bottom right corner of the Taskbar), click the OneDrive icon.
- click on Help & Settings.
- click on Institutions.
On the ‘Account’ tab, under ‘OneDrive’ you will find how many MB or GB is in use.
View Storage (Mac)
During the installation of OneDrive on the Mac, an icon was also placed in the menu bar in addition to a folder in Finder. This icon provides access to a number of OneDrive options.
- Click the OneDrive icon in the top right of the menu bar.
- click on Help & Settings.
