Volkswagen ID Buzz Cargo Economy Business

The electric Volkswagen ID Buzz Cargo temporarily has a much lower starting price. The van version of the ID Buzz will be in the order books for part of this year for almost €6,000 less than before.

Until now, the Volkswagen ID Buzz Cargo could only be ordered in the Netherlands as a version simply called ‘Cargo’. This will continue to exist and costs – excluding VAT and BPM – €49,250. Volkswagen has come up with two special versions for the ID Buzz Cargo, one of which will be placed above the existing one, but also one below it. You can now get in with the Economy Business version, while the also new Bulli Edition rounds off the delivery range upwards.

Volkswagen ID Buzz Cargo Economy Business

Volkswagen ID Buzz Cargo as an Economy Business.

Just like the Cargo and the Bulli Edition, the Volkswagen ID Buzz Cargo Economy Business has the 77 kWh battery and a 204 hp electric motor, a combination that is good for a range of 422 kilometers. The ID Buzz Cargo Economy Business has a starting price of €43,500 and therefore costs almost €6,000 less than the previously only available version. For that much lower starting price, you have to make concessions. The Economy Business version is less spacious than the ‘Cargo’. For example, the bumpers are not in body color, you get 18-inch steel wheels without caps, and you do not have heated front seats or a rain sensor on board.

Volkswagen ID Buzz Cargo Bulli Edition

The Volkswagen ID Buzz Cargo Bulli Edition appears much ‘fatter’.

The second new version is called Bulli Edition. It has a starting price of €49,990 and is only €740 more expensive than the ‘Cargo’. Compared to the nameless middle version, the Bulli Edition has electrically folding side mirrors, black side mirror caps, handles in body color, a sound-insulating and electrically heated windscreen, LED matrix lighting, automatic high beam, cornering lights, an LED strip between the headlights and exterior mirrors that Project VW logo onto the ground. Metallic paint is available, as is a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a reversing camera, Travel Assist and a blind spot sensor. The list of extras continues with aluminum pedals, 19-inch alloy wheels, an induction charger, a DAB+ radio and electrically heated windshield washers.

The Economy Business Edition and Bulli Edition can be ordered until September and will then disappear again.
