Install watchOS 9.3
To install the update, place the Apple Watch on the charger and near your iPhone. Your iPhone must have a Wi-Fi connection. In addition, you need to make sure that your Apple Watch is at least 50 percent charged.

You need an Apple Watch Series 4 or later to install the update. Unfortunately, watchOS 9 already marked the end of support for the Apple Watch Series 3.
