In the two previous seasons of Girl of Pleasure, Nadine (Angela Schijf) drastically changed course after a divorce. She decided to work as an escort and then start a successful escort agency. This does not go without a struggle, because Nadine experiences unpleasant competition from another escort company led by Meryem (Birgit Schuurman). The third season will be released in its entirety on December 6 and is the series’ swan song. In these eight episodes, Nadine has a famous football player as a customer and she meets a new man in her life. Can you keep her double life hidden?

Temple (season 1)

On December 17th, Videoland will release the first season of Temple. The British thriller series is about the surgeon Daniel Milton. As soon as his wife is in danger of dying of a debilitating disease, the medical specialist decides to start an underground clinic. The goal is to get experimental drugs for his wife. There is only one problem, because the underground clinic also attracts criminals in addition to desperate patients. This threatens Daniel slowly but surely to end up in the underworld. Our own Carice van Houten plays the surgeon’s right hand in the role of Anna. Will Daniel and Anna manage to get the right medicine?

Wu Tang: an American Saga (season 1)

Curious how the infamous rap formation The Wu-Tang Clan came about? Then this series is recommended. The life of prominent Wu-Tang member Bobby Diggs, who is better known as RZA, is central. Where in the early nineties many young people in New York lose themselves to crack and cocaine, Diggs decides to choose the musical path. He doesn’t do that on his own, because he knows how to ‘save’ all kinds of talented rappers by giving them a place in the rap collective. In this series, the young musicians are faced with all kinds of challenges and temptations. Incidentally, Bobby Diggs was closely involved in the creation of the series. The ten episodes can be seen at Videoland on 3 December. The producer has already announced a second season.

Good Trouble (season 1)

Good Trouble is a real spin-off from the popular series The Fosters. The story takes place several years after the end of The Fosters finale. Callie and Mariana decide to leave their family home and start a new life in Los Angeles as young adults. The adopted sisters work as registrars and software developers respectively. The ways of the ladies seem to part, but their lives are more intertwined than they realize. Season 1 consists of thirteen episodes and can be seen from December 7. There is good news for enthusiasts, because Good Trouble also has a second season. A third season is also in the pipeline.

Richard Groenendijk: To Everything

Cabaret shows also regularly appear on Videoland. For the performance Om Alles by Richard Groenendijk you still have to be patient, because subscribers can only see the show from 30 December. The comedian performed this performance during a long theater tour from 2017 to 2019, so a launch via the digital highway took some time. Armed in a striking suit and playful decor, Richard Groendijk brings the hall into laughter.
