Apple Watch 4G in the Netherlands with T-Mobile Multisim
For the first time, the Apple Watch Cellular (4G) is available in the Netherlands with the new T-Mobile Multisim. This allows you to use the calling minutes and data of your current T-Mobile subscription on your Watch, via the built-in eSIM. You can then leave your iPhone at home, because you can still be reached via your watch.

Mees: ‘I work as a pizza delivery boy on a scooter. For this I need navigation, but of course you are not allowed to ride your scooter with your phone in hand. So now I have to stop and see where I have to go. With the weather getting colder and wetter, gloves that have to be put on and off, and my phone slipping out of my hands in the rain, this is super inconvenient. So I would mainly use the Apple Watch Series 7 Cellular for work, so that I can safely leave my iPhone inside but still be reachable, and can easily see the road, so that people can get their pizza even faster!’

Otto: ‘I am a visual artist and I am going on a pilgrimage. Then I could put it on during the pilgrimage.’
Extra safe sailing
Stijn: ‘The Apple Watch is the ideal navigation tool for me while sailing! Using a telephone on the boat remains exciting, because before you know it it is in the water. The Apple Watch with Cellular would give an even more secure feeling: if something happens, it’s attached to your wrist, and you no longer need a phone on board.’
Addicted running (with music!)
C.: ‘During the corona pandemic I became addicted to running, with the aim of running the marathon with my own playlist on my Apple Watch. Compiled on Apple Music, of course.’

Ferry: ‘It is quite hectic during my thesis period as a part-time student. With the Apple Watch, I can keep a closer eye on my health and put my phone away from all the social media influences. I can only record the really important phone calls with the Apple Watch.’

Pepijn: ‘I would sit in a secluded place with the Apple Watch Series 7 Cellular. Enjoy reading, without a phone nearby. No distractions, but still accessible.’
Sports and staying accessible
Wout: ‘The chance that my iPhone will be stolen or damaged while exercising is very high. Because I often have to be reachable during sports, it would be a godsend for me if I could leave my iPhone at home and make calls via Apple Watch and AirPods.’
School and photography
John: ‘I’m still at school and I think it would be super handy to leave your phone at home when you go to school, and with the Apple Watch with 4G you can finally do that. I also have photography/videography as a hobby and it seems like a lot of fun to make a nice vlog and photos.
