While the Lamborghini Urus devours production milestone after milestone, in Sant’Agata Bolognese it is now time for another party. Lamborghini built its 10,000th Aventador.
Lamborghini needed more than nine years to market 10,000 Aventadors. The anniversary issue is an Aventador SVJ Roadster in the ‘Grigio Acheso’ gray paint with ‘Rosso Mimir’ red finish and a red and black upholstered interior. The Italian powerhouse falls into the hands of a Thai owner.
The Aventador debuted in 2011 as a closed Aventador LP 700-4, after which the Roadster was added to the range in 2013. A new V12 was developed for the Aventador that produces 700 hp. With that, the car shoots from 0 to 100 within 2.9 seconds and achieves an insane top speed of 350 km / h. In 2017, the Italian was overhauled and he received a lot of facelift. Over time, Lamborghini added the Aventador S and SVJ version to the selection menu.
The Urus manages to win a lot more customer hearts for Lamborghini. After only three production years, the Urus achieved the same production milestone earlier this summer as the Aventador does now.
