Play on realistic-looking tables that are reminiscent of the physical cabinets of arcades. The app needs some startup time, because the application immediately downloads 21 pinball machines. This results in a decent file size of almost 600 MB. So reserve enough storage space. Once you’ve selected a free table, operating instructions will appear first.
Fortunately, the gameplay is not too complicated. Shoot the ball into the pinball machine with a swipe and tap the flippers to move it. The good thing is that you don’t have to aim exactly at the flippers for this. During the game, players switch between eight camera angles as desired. It is nice that the makers have partly taken over the original game sounds. One downside is the plethora of options in the menu. The user environment therefore looks quite busy and the navigation structure feels illogical.
Because of the extensive pinball machines with many details, you prefer to use Williams Pinball on tablets and smartphones with a large screen. Pinball enthusiasts will undoubtedly enjoy this beautifully designed app.
